Step 2: Application Review

Our team reviews your photos, collage, and application. We’re looking for reliability, professionalism, and the right mindset. If you’ve got the look, the attitude, and the hustle, you’ll move forward.

Step 3: Read the Party Guide

Every dancer must read our 45-minute Party Guide before the interview. It covers everything:

• Safety tips

• How to pack for gigs

• Hustling & upsells

• Pricing & menu ideas

• Party dancer etiquette

• How to get paid properly

• Performance tips

This book makes sure you walk into any event prepared and confident.

Step 4: Telegram Video Interview

We’ll set up a short video interview on Telegram to confirm you’ve read the Party Guide and understand how we work. We’ll ask a few questions and make sure you’re ready to represent the roster.

Step 5: Telegram Group Access

Once approved, you’ll be added to our city-specific Telegram groups. This is where we post gigs. Dancers apply directly for the events they want — no spam, no waiting around. You’ll only see events in your own city/region, and you can choose to travel if you want.

Step 6: Work Your Way Up

We favor two types of girls:

✨ Top performers — the ones who show up, crush parties, and bring in great reviews.

Top girls get first choice on premium gigs like penthouses, ski trips, and houseboats. Anyone can climb the ladder if they stay consistent and professional.

🚦 Safety First

• No drinking & driving.

• No stealing, fighting, or reckless behavior.

• Always be physically and mentally presentable.

💃 Working With Other Girls

• No body shaming — yourself or others.

• Ride shares must be split fairly (gas, parking, car wash).

• No fighting or threatening your partner at gigs.

• Extras (lap dances, body shots, toy shows, etc.) are never included in base pay — every dancer sets her own menu and pricing.

• Always collect payment before providing services.

• No sharing socials or numbers — clients must book through the agency.

• If late, communicate. No leaving early without approval.

• No flakes — if you no-show, you’ll need to pay back commission before working again.

• Stay engaged — no hiding in the bathroom, sitting on your phone, or disappearing from the party.

• No roughhousing or unsafe physical contact with clients.

💰 Commission & Pay Rules

• Commission is private — do not discuss with clients or other dancers.

• You’re a contract worker — your earnings are based on your performance.

• Breaking commission confidentiality = immediate termination.
